Press Conference 1 February 2024 with the Regional Secretary of NTT Province

Starting February 2024, BPS Province has again released several strategic indicators of the latest conditions. The Press Release was held in a hybrid manner at the Hall of the Second Floor of the BPS Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province and can be watched via Youtube Channel. Regional Secretary of East Nusa Tenggara Province, Kosmas D. Lana, S.H., M.Si attended this release and delivered a speech. The release was delivered by the Head of BPS East Nusa Tenggara Province, Matamira B. Kale, S.Si., M.Si. Also present in the press release was the Head of Bank Indonesia Representative Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province, Head of Communication and Information Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province, Head of Agency/Institution/Service/Local Government or who also represented press personnel from various media.
Some of the key points in today's release are:
1. January 2024 Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation of East Nusa Tenggara Province is 2.70 percent
2. January 2024 The Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) of 97.73 decreased by 0.74 percent when compared to December
3. East Nusa Tenggara's Trade Balance in December 2023 experienced a surplus of USD 1.98 million
4. In December 2023, TPK Star Hotels were recorded at 45.40 percent, while TPK Non-Star Hotels were recorded at 18.44 percent
5. The number of air transport passengers in December 2023 rose by 5.65 percent
