‎Starting july 2022, BPS NTT Province released several strategic development indicators. The press release was carried out online and delivered by the Head of BPS Provins NTT, Maramira B. Kale. Here are some of the important indicators released this morning:‎

‎1. In June 2022, the combined 3 cities in East Nusa Tenggara experienced inflation of 0.52 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 109.79. Kupang City experienced inflation of 0.51 percent, Maumere City experienced inflation of 0.83 percent and Waingapu City experienced inflation of 0.20 percent.‎‎ ‎

‎2. In June, the NTP of East Nusa Tenggara was 94.82 with the NTP of each subsector recorded at 92.26 for the rice-palawija crop subsector (NTP-P), 102.71 for the horticulture subsector (NTP-H); 92.79 for the smallholder plantation crop subsector (NTP-TPR); 107.86 for the livestock subsector (NTP-Pt) and 96.51 for the fisheries subsector (NTPPi).‎‎ ‎

‎3. Exports of East Nusa Tenggara Province in May 2022 worth US$ 3,162,574 with a volume of 5,914.29 tons increased by 23.81 percent from exports in April 2022 of US$ 2,554,360.Imports of East Nusa Tenggara Province in May 2022 amounted to US$ 219,210 with a volume of 753.34 tons with the most imported commodities in the form of Oily Grains (12) imported from Timor Leste.‎‎ ‎

‎4. The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels in East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT) in May 2022 was 41.46 percent, an increase of 11.82 points from the TPK in April 2022 which was 29.64 percent. The number of guests staying at star hotels in May 2022 was 42,983 people with details of 40,877 domestic guests and 2,106 foreign guests.‎‎ ‎
