Abstract

The import value of East Nusa Tenggara Province in February 2023 reached USD 164.39 thousand with a volume of 350.94 tons. The import value in February 2023 decreased by 93.38 percent from the import in January 2023. Compared to February 2022, the import value increased by 82.50 percent.
Imports in February 2023 will entirely come from the non-oil and gas sector.
Cumulatively, NTT's import value from January to February 2023 reached USD 2.65 million, an increase of 1,528.46 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
In February 2023, there will be an increase in the value of imports in all commodity groups imported by NTT. The largest increase in NTT's non-oil and gas imports in February 2023 compared to January 2023 occurred in the Machinery commodity group
Mechanical Aircraft (84) which rose by 775.64 percent.
Non-oil and gas imports in February 2023 will originate from Timor Leste through the Land Gate in Atambua.
East Nusa Tenggara's Trade Balance in February 2023 experienced a surplus of USD 5.43 million, with details from the non-oil and gas sector experiencing a surplus of USD 5.37 million, while the oil and gas sector had a surplus of USD 0.06 million.
