East Nusa Tenggara's trade balance in October 2022 experienced a surplus of US$ 36.33 million

Abstract

Exports of East Nusa Tenggara Province in October 2022 reached US$ 4,711,580 with a volume of 9,775.6 tons. The export value in October 2022 increased by 2.31 percent from exports in September 2022. Compared to October 2021, the value of exports increased by 174.36 percent.

October non-oil and gas exports amounted to US$ 4,418,226, down 0.19 percent compared to September 2022 and up 173.06 percent compared to October 2021.

Cumulatively, the export value of NTT from January to October 2022 reached US$ 37,971,410, an increase of 215.49 percent compared to the same period in 2021. Meanwhile, non-oil and gas exports reached US$ 36,279,880, an increase of 221.80 percent.

The import value of East Nusa Tenggara Province in October 2022 reached US$ 134.6 thousand with a volume of 341.6 tons. The value of imports in October 2022 decreased by 13.70 percent from imports in September 2022. Compared to October 2021, the value of imports decreased by 96.32 percent.

Imports in October 2022 came entirely from the non-oil and gas sector worth US$ 134.6 thousand.

Cumulatively, the value of NTT imports from January to October 2022 reached US$ 1.64 million, down 96.48 percent compared to the same period in 2021. Meanwhile, non-oil and gas imports reached US$ 1.63 million, down 93.55 percent.
