Opening of the INDA SE2026 Training for NTT Province

Kupang, May 11, 2026 - The East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province Statistics Indonesia (BPS) held the Regional Instructor Training (INDA) for the 2026 Economic Census on Monday (May 11) at the Harper Hotel in Kupang. Prospective Regional Instructors from all BPS regencies/cities throughout NTT participated in the training. Representatives from regional government agencies within the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Provincial Government were also present.

The Head of the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province Statistics Indonesia (BPS), Matamira B. Kale, opened the training and provided guidance. In her remarks, she stated that this training is a crucial step in the implementation of the 2026 Economic Census. "Regional Instructors will be the spearhead in delivering material and building understanding of the 2026 Economic Census. Through this Census, the government will obtain a comprehensive picture of the condition and development of economic activity in Indonesia, including in East Nusa Tenggara Province."

The training involved five National Instructors from the Indonesian Statistics Agency (BPS) and the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province Statistics Agency (BPS). The INDA training will run until May 15, 2026. It is hoped that through this training, the Regional Instructors will understand the material well and provide thorough explanations to field officers.
