On October 2-3, 2024, BPS NTT Province held the 2024 E-Commerce Survey Officer Training.
The E-commerce Survey is an annual survey as a follow-up to the First National Priority Program, namely "Strengthening Economic Resilience for Quality and Equitable Growth". E-commerce Statistics Data Collection has been carried out by the Central Statistics Agency since 2019. The main indicators produced include the number of e-commerce businesses, types of goods and services sold, payment methods, delivery methods, employment profiles, e-commerce business characteristics, e-commerce transaction value, media used, distribution patterns and constraints of e-commerce businesses.
The regencies/cities selected as samples for the 2024 E-Commerce Survey are East Sumba, Kupang, North Central Timor, Belu, Alor, Sikka, Ende, Manggarai, West Manggarai, Malacca, and Kupang City.
