Simultaneous consolidation of the Social Statistics Teams across the province

December 8, 2025 | BPS Activities

The East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Provincial Statistics Agency (BPS) held a simultaneous consolidation of the Social Statistics Teams across the province. This event was attended by 46 participants from 21 regencies/cities and took place in the 2nd Floor Hall of the NTT Provincial BPS Office.

This event discussed the evaluation of the 2025 Social Statistics implementation and the 2026 activity plan. In addition, a knowledge sharing session was also provided by Yesdi Christian Calvin from the Southwest Sumba Regency BPS regarding the importance of monitoring survey implementation in regencies/cities. The event then continued with presentations from the three sub-teams: the People's Welfare Team, the Population and Employment Team, and the Social Defense Statistics Team.

This consolidation is expected to strengthen coordination among Social Statistics Teams across all regencies/cities, improve the quality of survey implementation, and enable more focused and standardized planning for 2026 activities.
