Declaration of ASN/TNI/Polri Neutrality in the 2024 Regional Elections in NTT Province

Head of BPS of East Nusa Tenggara Province, Matamira B. Kale attended the invitation of the Head of the NTT Provincial Election Supervisory Agency @bawasluntt in the Declaration of ASN/TNI/POLRI Neutrality in the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections in East Nusa Tenggara Province at the Aston Hotel.

In his remarks, the Head of the NTT Provincial Bawaslu, Nonato Da Purificacao Sarmento, said that this declaration is important to be carried out at the provincial level as an initial step to make the NTT Pilkada a success. In this declaration, ASN/TNI/POLRI are required to be neutral by not siding with any candidate. ASN neutrality is the third issue in the Pilkada Vulnerability Map where NTT is one of the provinces with a high level of vulnerability.

Also present to open this event was the Acting Governor of East Nusa Tenggara, Mr. Dr. Andriko Noto Susanto @andrikonotosusanto who invited the entire NTT community to guard and supervise the implementation of the Pilkada. "Choices may be different, but togetherness and harmony in Bumi Flobamorata must still be maintained for a prosperous NTT," he said.

This event was attended by TNI/POLRI Officials, Forkopimda and Heads of Vertical Agencies/Institutions as well as the Provincial Government.
