Starting the new year 2023, BPS East Nusa Tenggara Province held an online Press Conference on Official Statistics News January 2, 2023. Delivered directly by the Head of BPS NTT Province, Matamira B. Kale and MtB Provincial Ntt Associate Statistisi, Demarce M. Sabuna, there were several important points conveyed at the Press Conference including:

- December 2022, Combined 3 East Nusa Tenggara Inflation Cities experienced MtM Inflation of 0.81 percent and YoY Inflation of 6.65 percent
- December 2022 Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) of 95.61 decreased by 0.39 percent when compared to November 2022- 199,021 People Traveling Through 15 Airports in East Nusa Tenggara in November 2022- East Nusa Tenggara Trade Balance in November 2022

experienced a surplus of US$ 41.76 million
