This afternoon BPS conducted a press release on the poverty profile of NTT in March 2020. From the press release, it was found that the percentage of poor people in March 2020 was 20.90 percent, the number increased by 0.28 percentage points against September 2019 and decreased by 0.19 percentage points towards March 2019. While the number of poor people in March 2020 was 1.15 million people, an increase of 24.3 thousand people from September 2019 and an increase of 7.44 thousand people from March 2019.
