January 2023, East Nusa Tenggara 3 Cities Combined Inflation experienced MtM Inflation of 1.01 percent and YoY Inflation of 6.65 percent

Abstract

◼ January 2023, a combination of 3 Inflation Cities in East Nusa Tenggara experienced MtM inflation of 1.01 percent with a CPI of 113.94. Kupang City experienced MtM Inflation of 1.00 percent, Maumere City experienced MtM Inflation of 0.92 percent and Waingapu City experienced MtM Inflation of 1.16 percent.

◼ For YoY Inflation in January 2023, the Combined 3 Cities inflation was 6.65 percent, Kupang City at 7.08 percent, Maumere City at 5.85 percent, and Waingapu City at 3.78 percent.

◼ In January 2023, out of 90 national CPI sample cities, 80 cities experienced MtM Inflation and 10 cities experienced MtM Deflation. Cities that experienced the highest MtM Inflation were Gunungsitoli City at 1.87 percent while the lowest MtM Inflation occurred in Manokwari City at 0.03 percent. The city that experienced the highest Mtm Deflation was Timika City at 0.60 percent while the lowest MtM Deflation occurred in Tanjung Selor City at 0.04 percent.

◼ The highest YoY inflation occurred in Kotabaru City at 7.78 percent and the lowest YoY inflation occurred in Sorong City at 3.23 percent.
