Collaboration for Better Quality Population Data

The Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of East Nusa Tenggara Province received a visit from the Indonesian Population Coalition (KKI). During the meeting, the KKI invited BPS NTT Province to join as a member of the Indonesian Population Coalition. BPS welcomed the invitation as a step to strengthen synergy and collaboration in supporting population development in East Nusa Tenggara.

As the official statistics provider, BPS plays a strategic role in providing accurate, high-quality, and reliable population data. This data serves as a crucial foundation for planning, policymaking, and development evaluation across various sectors.

Through this collaboration, it is hoped that the utilization of population data will be optimized to support evidence-based policymaking, enabling more targeted, inclusive, and sustainable development.
