Economic Growth Report for Q2-2025

The Head of the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of East Nusa Tenggara Province, Matamira B. Kale, today released the Official Statistics News (BRS) on the economic growth figures for the second quarter of 2025 for East Nusa Tenggara Province. The BRS release was conducted online via the BPS NTT Province YouTube channel. Several key points were included in today's release:

1. The economy of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), based on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices in the second quarter of 2025, reached IDR 37.40 trillion and at constant 2010 prices reached IDR 20.84 trillion.

2. The NTT economy grew by 5.44 percent in the second quarter of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024 (year-on-year). The highest economic growth occurred in the wholesale and retail trade and car and motorcycle repair sectors, at 12.90 percent. Meanwhile, on the expenditure side, the Export of Goods and Services component experienced the highest growth at 39.89 percent.
