Socialization of the 2023 Agricultural Census with Journalists and Farmers

Field data collection for the 2023 Agricultural Census is just counting days, the declaration by the President of the Republic of Indonesia has taken place on May 15, 2023. Socialization efforts continue to be carried out in various circles of society, including journalists and farmers. Located at the NTT Provincial BPS Office, the 2023 Agricultural Census Socialization with journalists and farmers will be held on May 16, 2023. At the event, journalists from various media in NTT Province, representatives of related agencies/agencies, and representatives of the NTT Province Andalan Farmer Group were present. In this socialization, Adi H. Manafe, Head of the General Section of BPS NTT Province, representing the Head of BPS NTT Province, invited various parties and stakeholders to participate in disseminating information related to the implementation of the 2023 Agricultural Census which will be held on June 1 - July 31, 2023.

At this event, a Talk Show and Questions and Answers related to the 2023 Agricultural Census were also held with speakers from the NTT Provincial BPS, NTT Provincial Agriculture Office, and NTT Provincial Mainstay Farmer Contacts. The participants, mainly journalists, seemed to be actively asking various questions related to the implementation of the 2023 Agricultural Census and the determination of agricultural policies in NTT Province. Through this event, it is hoped that information related to the 2023 Agricultural Census can be disseminated to the community, especially through mass media/journalists and also farmer groups.
