Hi #sahabatdata, it's in the beginning of the month again, it's time we look at some of the Strategic Indicators released by BPS today. The Press Release was delivered by Darwis Sitorus, Head of the NTT Province BPS at 12.00 WITA. Here are some important points to conclude:

1️⃣ December 2020, 3 cities in East Nusa Tenggara experienced an inflation of 0.78 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 104.02. Kota Kupang experienced inflation of 0.77 percent, City of Maumere experienced inflation of 0.70 percent and City of Waingapu experienced inflation of 0.88 percent.

2️⃣ In December, East Nusa Tenggara's NTP was 96.24 with NTP for each sub-sector recorded at 95.02 for the rice-secondary crop sub-sector (NTP-P); 100.34 for the horticulture sub-sector (NTP-H); 95.65 for the smallholder plantation crop subsector (NTP-TPR); 102.60 for the livestock sub-sector (NTP-Pt) and 93.10 for the fisheries sub-sector (NTP-Pi).

3️⃣ East Nusa Tenggara Province exports in November 2020 valued at US $ 1,512,372 with a volume of 5,000.2 tons, a decrease of 4.66 percent from exports in October 2020 which amounted to US $ 1,586,294. NTT Province imports in November 2020 were valued at US $ 1,215,171 with a volume of 3,643.2 tons with the largest imported commodity being Mineral Fuels (27) imported from South Korea and Malaysia.
4️⃣ Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province in November 2020 amounted to 42.51 percent, an increase of 5.98 points compared to the October TPK of 36.53 percent. The number of air transport passengers arriving in NTT in November 2020 there were 97,961 people while the departing passengers were 90,299 people.
5️⃣ The main patterns of trade distribution in East Nusa Tenggara:
Rice: Producer → Retailer → Final Consumption
Red Chili: Farmers → Collectors Traders → Retailers → End Consumers
Pureed Chicken: Producers → Retailers → End Consumers
Shallots: Farmers → Collectors Traders → Retailers → End Consumers

6️⃣ The Human Development Index in NTT in 2020 has decreased compared to 2019. In 2020, NTT's HDI was 65.19. This figure decreased by 0.04 points compared to NTT's HDI in 2019 which amounted to 65.23.
