Consumer Price Index and Inflation in Maumere Municipality 2020

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is one of the macroeconomic indicators that can provide information on the development of prices for goods and services consumed by consumers. Inflation as the final output of the CPI calculation, as well as a measure of economic movement, especially the pattern of changes in commodity prices, which the public has always been eagerly awaiting. In this publication, data and information on the consumer price index and inflation rate that occurred in Maumere during 2020 are presented. As a comparison, the inflation rate of Maumere with several cities in Eastern Indonesia and other sample cities for calculating the National CPI is also presented. It is hoped that the publication of this publication will provide a more detailed picture of economic movements in East Nusa Tenggara, particularly in Maumere.
