April 2024, the TPK for Star Hotels was recorded at 38.47 percent while the TPK for Non-Star Hotels was 15.56 percent

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province in April 2024 was recorded at 38.47 percent, an increase of 9.82 percent compared to the TPK for April 2023. When compared with the previous month, the TPK for April 2024 increased by 18.52 percent.
The number of star hotel guests in April 2024 increased by 17.00 percent or an increase of 6,320 people compared to March 2024.
The total average length of stay for guests at star-classified hotels in April 2024 reached 1.61 days. The average length of stay for foreign guests reached 1.92 days, while the average length of stay for domestic guests reached 1.51 days.
The ROR for non-star hotels in NTT Province in April 2024 was 15.56 percent, this figure increased by 8.74 percent compared to March 2024.
The number of non-star hotel guests in April 2024 was recorded at 43,804 people, this number increased by 5,912 people compared to March 2024.
During April 2024, 9,209 foreign tourists visited NTT, this figure increased by 2.80 percent compared to the number of foreign tourists in the previous month.
