The number of air transportation passengers in December 2023 will increase by 5.65 percent

Abstract

The number of air freight flights in December 2023 rose by 3.56 percent when compared to November 2023 and decreased by .63 percent from December 2022.
The number of air transport flights in December 2023 is 3,287 flights, the number is divided into 1,644 departing flights and 1,643 flights.
The airport with the largest flight share is Eltari Airport, Kupang with a total share of 40.25 percent, and followed by Komodo Labuhan Bajo Airport, West Manggarai with a total share of 20.32 percent.
In December 2023, the number of air transport passengers will be 239,389 people. This number increased by 5.65 percent compared to November 2023, namely with the number of air transport passengers as many as 226,587 people, and an increase of 4.42 percent compared to the number of air transport passengers in December 2022, which was 229,252 people.
The number of air transport passengers is divided into departing passengers (113,450 people) and arriving passengers (125,939 people).
The number of sea freight voyages in December 2023 rose 9.87 percent when compared to November 2023 and rose 31.86 percent from December 2022.
The number of sea freight passengers in December 2023 is 424,183 people, an increase of 33.40 percent compared to November 2023 and a decrease of 5.95 percent compared to December 2022.
The number of sea freight passengers is divided into disembarking passengers (214,785 people) and boarding passengers (209,398 people).
