Abstract

The main patterns of distribution of strategic commodity trade in Nusa Tenggara Timur's Province in 2020 are:
Rice : Producer → Retailer → Final Consumer
Chicken Eggs : Producers → Wholesalers → Retailers → Final Consumers
Cooking Oil : Outside Province → Distributor → Wholesaler → Retail Trader → Final Consumer
Granulated Sugar : Outside Province → Distributor → Wholesaler → Retail Trader → Final Consumer

The Total Trade and Transportation Margin (MPPT) of NTT's Province in 2020 for rice commodities is 11,85 percent; chicken eggs 38,94 percent; cooking oil 26,31 percent; and 45,45 percent granulated sugar.
