Results of the 2025 Data Needs Survey Analysis by the BPS of East Nusa Tenggara Province

Consumer satisfaction is a priority in public services at BPS. Therefore, BPS annually evaluates consumer satisfaction through the Data Needs Survey (SKD).

In the 2025 SKD, BPS of East Nusa Tenggara Province achieved a Consumer Satisfaction Index of 97.41, which falls into the Very Good category. Meanwhile, for the anti-corruption indicator, BPS of NTT Province achieved an Anti-Corruption Perception Index score of 98.56, which falls into the Very Good category, indicating that anti-corruption behavior is increasingly being implemented.
