How Much Does Construction Cost in NTT?

November 17, 2025 | BPS Activities

Have you ever wondered why the cost of building roads, bridges, or buildings varies from region to region? 🤔

Well, the Construction Cost Index (CCI) is key to seeing how expensive construction costs are in each district/city. Through the CCI, we can identify which areas require larger budgets due to geographical challenges or limited access. This data is crucial for ensuring fairer, more effective, and more targeted development planning.

Take a peek at the 2025 CCI data and see the state of construction costs in your region!
