Change Agents BPS NTT Province 2025

Come on, get to know Agent of change BPS NTT Province 2025!

As part of the development of Bureaucratic Reform, every year the NTT Province BPS appoints a Change Agent. Agents of change are selected BPS ASNs who are considered capable of moving and motivating other ASNs to move and make impactful bureaucratic reforms. Elected as Change Champion in 2025 is Mr Andrew Donda. The change champion will later implement various change actions towards a better work culture with the assistance of change agents, namely Ms. Nieken De Misga, Ms. Haryati Mustafa, Mr. Chandra R. Mbura, Ms. Maria Gratia Fernandez, and Mr. Antonius Riadi. Congratulations to Agents of Change 2025! We are ready to support actions for better change 🫡
