Data Needs Survey for East Nusa Tenggara Province 2024

Consumer satisfaction is one of the priorities in public services at BPS. Therefore, every year BPS evaluates consumer satisfaction through the Data Requirements Survey (SKD). In the 2024 SKD, BPS East Nusa Tenggara Province received a Consumer Satisfaction Index of 96.34 which was included in the Very Good category. Meanwhile, in terms of anti-corruption indicators, BPS NTT Province received an Anti-Corruption Perception Index score of 97.74 which is in the Very Good category. Based on these two indicators, consumers of NTT Province BPS data are generally satisfied with the services provided by NTT Province BPS.
