Discussion of the Publication of Fertility and Mortality Statistics for NTT Province

July 7, 2023 | BPS Activities

In 2022, BPS has carried out the Advanced 2020 Population Census Data Collection activity. This activity is a series of the 2020 Population Census, where part of Indonesia's population is recorded (survey) related to more complete population indicators such as fertility, mortality, migration, labor, housing etc. The data from the 2020 Advanced Population Census Data Collection will be published by BPS in several publications that will be published in July 2023.

Prior to the publication of the publication, BPS NTT Province discussed various population indicators from the 2020 Advanced Population Census with various related parties, such as Agencies/Institutions/Agencies, academics and also several community organizations. The discussion was packaged in the Discussion of the Publication of Fertility and Mortality Statistics of NTT Province. Held at Harper Kupang, July 7, 2023, this event was opened by the Head of the General Section of BPS NTT Province, Adi Manafe. In his speech, Mr. Adi Manafe hoped that stakeholders could use the data published later as a reference in policy determination. Through this discussion, BPS hopes to absorb input from various parties regarding indicators that need to be displayed and analyzed in publications to be published.
