Development of BPS Change Agent Network throughout East Nusa Tenggara Province

In carrying out its function as an agent of government governance, BPS continues to improve the capacity and capability of its human resources, both in technical and non-technical capabilities. One of them is by strengthening bureaucratic reform at BPS Province of NTT through fostering Change Agent Network/Change Agents. Agents of change are selected BPS ASNs who are considered capable of mobilizing and motivating other ASNs to move and make impactful bureaucratic reforms. Through this coaching, it is hoped that the understanding and capability of change agents towards bureaucratic reform can increase and can implement changes that have an impact on their respective work units.
